3. Guest services optimization. Our suggestions for check-in procedures, amenity selection, and communication workflows are intended to improve guest satisfaction and operational efficiency. These do not constitute a binding service level agreement unless separately contracted.

4. Third-party platforms. References to booking platforms, channel managers, or software tools are for informational purposes. VacationCareNearMe is not affiliated with any specific platform unless explicitly stated. Property owners remain responsible for compliance with each platform’s terms and policies.

5. Local regulations. It is the client’s responsibility to verify and comply with all applicable municipal by-laws, zoning requirements, tourism levies, and short-term rental regulations in their jurisdiction. Our advice does not replace legal or regulatory counsel.

6. Limitation of liability. VacationCareNearMe shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the implementation of our consulting recommendations. Our total liability is limited to the fee paid for the specific service rendered.
